Job summary

AutoZone is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to help customers find the right automotive parts and solutions. You will assist with product selection, share expert knowledge, and support store operations in a fast-paced environment.

This role requires excellent communication in English and Spanish, a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends, and a willingness to learn about promotions and inventory management. Growth opportunities exist within a nationwide retailer.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 16 to apply.
• Ability to lift and move merchandise.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, nights, weekends.
• ASE Certification is a plus.
• Previous experience in automotive retail is preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with part selection and product advice.
• Provide automotive knowledge to customers and explain options.
• Process transactions and maintain accurate POS procedures.
• Keep the store organized, stocked and clean to ensure a great shopping experience.
• Promote promotions and upsell relevant items to meet store goals.
