Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is seeking a dynamic Automotive Retail Salesperson to deliver exceptional customer service in-store and over the phone, drive visits, and promote services. You will build relationships, communicate clearly, and coordinate with technicians to schedule service appointments.

The role emphasizes energetic sales, merchandising, and accurate transaction handling in a fast-paced automotive retail environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Desire to succeed in a retail environment.
• 2 years of consumer retail sales experience.
• Must be able to communicate with and assist customers in the areas of sales and complaints to ensure customer retention and loyalty.
• Problem solving skills as it relates to customer complaints.
