Job summary

Bridgestone America, Inc. is seeking an Automotive Retail Salesperson to join our team at a busy retailer. You will provide top-notch customer service in person and over the phone, drive sales, and coordinate with technicians to schedule service appointments.

You will handle transactions accurately and help promote our products and services to enhance the customer visit. Ideal candidates have a background in retail sales, strong communication skills, and a passion for customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of consumer retail sales experience.
• Must be able to communicate with and assist customers in the areas of sales and complaints to ensure customer retention and loyalty.
• Problem solving skills as it relates to customer complaints
