You will support the Store Manager, supervise store operations, assist with counter sales, inventory, delivery coordination, and safety, while developing team members toward future store manager roles.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in retail or automotive parts industry preferred.
• Leadership experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for delivering customer care and building relationships.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Partner daily with Store Manager on operations, sales execution, inventory health, labor/scheduling alignment, and team performance.
• Actively sell and build customer relationships across retail and wholesale channels.
• Model expected behaviors, processes, and customer standards.
• Execute or oversee opening and closing routines (security, cash reconciliation, end-of-day reporting).
• Handle or support administrative tasks and performance tracking.
• Monitor and act on store metrics to drive improvements.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and development for store staff.
• Drive safety and asset protection initiatives.
