Job summary

Baxter Auto is offering an Automotive Retail Intern program across our Kansas City dealerships. This full-time 8-week internship provides immersion into dealership operations, with rotations through Sales and Service and mentorship from experienced leaders.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver’s license to operate a motor vehicle
• Must be available to work full-time in the Omaha metro area during Summer 2027
• Current enrollment in an undergraduate or graduate degree program with a projected graduation date May 2027, December 2027, or May 2028

Responsibilities

• Build knowledge of the automotive industry through structured rotations in Sales and Service
• Collaborate with store leaders and company executives
• Work with fellow interns on a group project, culminating in a presentation to company leadership
• Partner with dealership leaders to gain hands-on business knowledge and operational insight
• Engage with the executive and leadership team throughout the program
• Support additional projects and responsibilities as assigned by leadership
