Job summary

Baxter Auto is offering an Automotive Retail Intern position that rotates through two Omaha-area dealerships. This structured, full-time 8-week program provides hands-on exposure to Sales and Service, led by experienced leaders, with a focus on practical learning and career development.

Interns will collaborate with store leaders, complete a team project, and present results to company leadership. A strong work ethic, curiosity, and willingness to engage across teams are essential for success at

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license.
• Available to work full-time in the Omaha metro area during Summer 2027.
• Enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program with a projected graduation date May 2027, December 2027, or May 2028.

Responsibilities

• Build knowledge of the automotive industry through structured rotations in Sales and Service.
• Collaborate with store leaders and executives.
• Work with fellow interns on a group project culminating in a presentation to leadership.
• Partner with dealership leaders to gain hands-on business knowledge and operational insight.
• Engage with the executive and leadership team throughout the program.
• Support additional projects and responsibilities as assigned by leadership.
