Job summary

Baxter Auto invites rising undergraduates to join an Automotive Retail Intern program that rotates through two dealerships. You’ll gain exposure to Sales and Service with mentors like Sales Directors, Service Advisors, and General Managers, plus a team project presenting to leadership.

The 8-week, full-time internship in Summer 2027 offers hands-on business experience, structured rotations, and opportunities across Baxter Auto’s brands and operations in the Omaha metro area.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver’s license to operate a motor vehicle
• Must be available to work full-time in the Omaha metro area during Summer 2027
• Current enrollment in an undergraduate or graduate degree program with a projected graduation date of May 2027, December 2027, or May 2028

Responsibilities

• Build knowledge of automotive retail through structured rotations in Sales and Service
• Collaborate with store leaders and executives
• Work with fellow interns on a group project and present to company leadership
• Gain hands-on business knowledge and operational insight with dealership leaders
• Engage with the executive team throughout the program
• Support additional projects and responsibilities as assigned by leadership
