AutoZone, Inc. is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to deliver WOW! Customer Service by assisting customers with automotive parts and solutions. You will help shoppers find the right products, provide expert advice, and contribute to a positive store atmosphere.

You will collaborate with team members to meet sales targets, maintain organized shelves, and follow safety procedures. The role offers growth opportunities in a dynamic retail environment serving the motoring public.

Formación

• Minimum Age Requirement: Must be at least 16 years old to apply.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift, load and deliver merchandise.
• Flexible Schedule: Flexible schedule availability, including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Automotive Knowledge: Basic knowledge of automotive parts is preferred.
• Exceptional Communication: Strong people skills and effective communication in both Spanish and English.
• Automotive Retail: Previous experience in automotive retail.
• Certifications: Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) Certification.

Responsabilidades

• Engage with customers, provide trustworthy automotive advice, and ensure positive interactions through clear, professional communication.
• Collaborate with managers and teammates to create a motivated, productive store environment.
• Recommend products, services, and promotions to enhance customer experience and meet sales goals.
