Qualifications

• Engage with customers, provide trusted automotive advice, and ensure positive interactions with professional communication.
• Collaborate with managers and teammates to maintain a motivated, productive store environment and support daily responsibilities.
• Recommend products, services, and promotions to enhance the customer experience and contribute to sales goals.
• Restock merchandise, keep the store organized, and follow POS procedures and loss-prevention policies.
• Follow structured processes and use PPE to maintain a safe, compliant workplace.
• Stay current on automotive parts, tools, and promotions via AutoZone systems.
• Use diagnostic tools to read codes from customer vehicles and suggest practical solutions.
