Qualifications

• Basic automotive knowledge is preferred.
• Strong communication in English and Spanish is required.
• Customer service experience, friendly and helpful demeanor.
• ASE certification is a plus.
• Experience in automotive retail is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers and provide trustworthy automotive advice.
• Assist customers with product selection and promotions to enhance the experience.
• Keep the store organized and support inventory management and POS procedures.
• Use diagnostic tools to read codes and suggest solutions when needed.
• Collaborate with team and managers to maintain a positive store environment.
