Job summary

AutoZone, Inc. is hiring a Retail Sales Associate to help customers find the right automotive parts and provide expert advice. You will support store operations, assist with merchandise selection, and contribute to a positive, knowledgeable retail environment.

Ideal candidates are bilingual (Spanish/English), have basic automotive knowledge, and previous automotive retail experience; ASE certification is a plus, and flexible scheduling is often required.

Qualifications

• Automotive knowledge is preferred; basic parts knowledge helps.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish are valued.
• Prior automotive retail experience is desirable.
• ASE certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers and provide trustworthy automotive advice with clear, professional communication.
• Collaborate with managers and teammates to maintain a motivated, productive store environment.
• Recommend products, services and promotions to boost customer experience and store performance.
• Restock merchandise, maintain organization, and follow POS procedures and loss-prevention policies.
