Job summary

AAA Club Alliance in Philadelphia seeks an Automotive Repair Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide range of vehicles. You will use advanced diagnostic equipment and uphold safety and quality standards while delivering excellent service to members.

Full-time positions offer competitive hourly base rates ($27.61–$38.75) with billable week guarantees, benefits including medical/dental/vision, 401(k) with company match, PTO, holidays, and a focus on training and career growth.

Qualifications

• Ability to accurately repair vehicles using advanced automotive diagnostic equipment.
• Prior experience as an automotive technician and relevant ASE or dealership certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and diagnostics/repair for engines, transmissions, suspension, brakes, electrical, and HVAC.
• Maintain knowledge of specialized skills and develop additional technical capabilities.
• Follow safety and quality guidelines and provide technical guidance when applicable.
