AAA Club Alliance is seeking an Automotive Repair Technician B in Manassas, VA. This role involves diagnosing and repairing components across brakes, suspension, electrical systems, and HVAC, with a focus on quality service for our members.

We offer full-time schedules, paid training for ASE certifications, and a productivity bonus. Candidates should have 3+ years of experience, valid license, and ability to pass screenings.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience as an Automotive Technician with proven ability to perform standard automotive repairs.
• ASE or Dealership certifications in at least three categories (or ability to obtain within 12 months – paid for by AAA).
• Strong communication skills for collaborating with the team.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Authorized to work in the USA.
• Pass pre-employment screenings if offered a position.
