AAA Club Alliance is seeking an Automotive Repair Technician B in Fairfax, VA to perform diagnostics and repairs across suspension, brakes, electrical, and HVAC. The role emphasizes safe, efficient maintenance and ongoing skill development.

Applicants should have at least 3 years of automotive experience, ASE or dealership certifications (or the ability to obtain within 12 months) and strong teamwork and communication. Full-time with benefits and paid certification support.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience as an Automotive Technician with proven repairs.
• ASE or dealership certifications in three categories preferred or obtainable within 12 months.
• Strong communication skills for team collaboration.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Valid driver's license and US work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Routinely perform diagnostics and repairs in suspension, brakes, electrical, HVAC, and related areas.
• Maintain knowledge of specialized skills and pursue additional technical training.
• Keep work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety policies.
• Properly maintain tools and equipment and follow safety procedures.
