AAA Club Alliance is seeking an Automotive Repair Technician B to diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide range of vehicles at our Fairfield, OH location. You’ll be supported by our investment in ASE certifications and cutting‑edge technology to grow your skills.

• At least 3 years of experience as an Automotive Technician with proven diagnostic and repair skills.
• ASE or Dealership certifications preferred in Suspension & Steering, Brakes, and Heating & Air Conditioning (or ability to obtain within 12 months – paid for by AAA).
• Strong communication skills for mentoring and collaborating with the team.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Valid driver’s license and authorized to work in the USA.

Responsabilidades

• Perform diagnostics and repair work, including Suspension & Steering, Brake Systems (including ABS/traction control), Electrical Systems, and Heating & Air Conditioning.
• Maintain technical knowledge and expand skills to increase flexibility in assignments.
• Keep work areas organized, clean, and in compliance with safety standards.
• Properly maintain tools and equipment in accordance with manufacturer and company safety guidelines.
• Plan and organize work for maximum efficiency, including vehicle movement.
• Complete all repairs and maintenance to manufacturer specifications or industry best practices.
• Other duties as assigned.

Actual pay will be based on factors such as applicant experience and geographic location.Billable Hours Guarantee: 20-hour minimum per week.Productivity Bonus: Opportunity to earn a $250 – $550 bonus every two weeks, based on productivity and performance.Schedule: Full-time, 5 days per week. Team members are required to work Saturdays as part of their regular schedule. The workweek includes one scheduled day off during the week and Sundays off.
