Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Automotive Technician.
• ASE or Dealership certifications preferred (or ability to obtain within 12 months – paid for by AAA).
• Strong communication skills for collaborating with the team.
• Able to lift up to 75 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Authorized to work in the USA.
• Able to pass pre-employment screenings.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on engines, transmissions, suspension, brakes, electrical systems, and HVAC.
• Maintain and grow technical expertise to expand flexibility in work assignments.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
• Properly maintain tools and equipment in accordance with manufacturer and company safety guidelines.
• Complete all repairs and maintenance to manufacturer specifications or industry best practices.
• Other duties as assigned.

What We Offer

• Signing Bonus! Eligible external candidates may qualify for up to a $2500 Signing Bonus if hired to the Downtown Cincinnati location (paid out in split increments after 30 days and 180 days of employment).
• Competitive Flat Rate Pay: Actual pay will be based on factors such as applicant experience and geographical location. A Technicians: $26.30 - $40.83/hour flat rate + 30-hour billable week guarantee. B Technicians: $23.46 - $36.45/hour flat rate + 20-hour billable week guarantee.
• Productivity Bonus: Opportunity to earn a $250 - $550 bonus every two weeks, based on productivity and performance.

Schedule

Full-time 1st Shift Monday - Friday schedule only…NO WEEKENDS!

Your Impact as an Automotive Repair Technician

• Perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs in areas such as engine performance, transmissions (automatic & manual), suspension & steering, brake systems (including ABS/traction control), electrical systems, and heating/air conditioning.

• Complete all repairs and maintenance to manufacturer specifications or industry best practices.

What You’ll Bring

• ASE or Dealership certifications preferred in relevant areas (or ability to obtain within 12 months – paid for by AAA).

• Authorized to work in the USA.
• Ability to pass pre‑employment screenings if offered a position (background, drug, fitness for duty).
