Job summary

AAA Club Alliance is seeking an Automotive Repair Technician B to diagnose, repair, and maintain a broad range of vehicles at our West Chester, OH location. The role emphasizes safety, customer satisfaction, and continuous skill development with access to training and certification support.

You will handle suspension, steering, brakes, electrical, and HVAC systems, working with a team in a full-time capacity.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience as an Automotive Technician.
• ASE or dealership certifications in three categories (Suspension & Steering, Brakes and Heating & Air Conditioning) or the ability to obtain within 12 months – paid for by AAA.
• Strong communication skills for collaborating with the team.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair vehicles across suspension/steering, brakes (including ABS/traction control), electrical systems, and heating/air conditioning.
• Perform diagnostics and repairs as assigned with attention to safety and quality.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and proper tool handling per manufacturer and company policy.
• Keep knowledge up-to-date on specialized skills and new tech to stay flexible in assignments.

Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience, geographic location, and other job-related factors as permitted by law.Billable Hours Guarantee: 20-hour minimum per week.Productivity Bonus: Opportunity to earn a $250 – $550 bonus every two weeks, based on productivity and performance.Schedule: Full-time, 5 days/week (Mondays, Fridays & Saturdays are often required).
