Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years experience in private practice or in-house at an automotive OEM, focusing on automotive regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal guidance to engineering, product, EHS, and management teams on regulatory requirements.
• Advise management on material regulatory risks and compliance strategies.
• Work with homologation/certification, engineering, and product teams to align development with regulatory standards.
• Address regulatory challenges for autonomous vehicles, cybersecurity, and data privacy.
• Advise on and support regulatory investigations and inquiries in all markets.
• Shape proactive internal policy regarding ICE, electric, and autonomous vehicles.
