Keystone Automotive Industries, Inc. is seeking a technical support professional to aid the PB&E sales organization at the customer level. The role focuses on driving sales growth and improving customer retention with a strong emphasis on high-quality customer service.

The position requires 3+ years of related automotive refinishing experience, HS diploma, and familiarity with color matching. Training in waterborne paints and I-CAR certifications are a plus.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years of related experience requested.
• Some college coursework desired; automotive refinishing background preferred.
• Completion of paint manufacturers' training in waterborne paint application is a plus.
• Strong color-matching abilities and I-CAR certifications are advantageous.

Mansioni

• Provide technical support at the customer level to support sales growth and customer retention.
• Perform product demonstrations and line trials for prospective and existing customers.
• Conduct in-shop product training for new and existing accounts.
• Resolve product failures and identify systemic causes to prevent recurrence.
• Support color issue resolution with key accounts and assist in sales and installation of new accounts.
• Provide technical review of repair processes focusing on product-related matters.
• Ensure proper use of products and enhance customer output.
• Handle additional duties as assigned.
