Job summary

Mike Maroone Longmont Ford is seeking a Reconditioning Technician to prep used vehicles for retail. You’ll inspect, repair, and recondition vehicles to safety and quality standards, document work, and coordinate with parts, service, and sales to meet timelines.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in automotive service, own tools, and strong attention to detail, with ASE certifications a plus. Benefits include comprehensive health plans and 401(k) matching.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of automotive service or reconditioning experience.
• Own tools and ability to work with diagnostic equipment.
• Detail-oriented with solid time management and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Inspecting and reconditioning pre-owned vehicles to standards.
• Performing brakes, oil changes, tune-ups, tires, and basic electrical work.
• Documenting work using shop software and coordinating with parts/service/sales.
