Job summary

CMA Toyota & Chevrolet of Martinsburg is seeking an Automotive Receptionist to be the first impression of our dealership. You will welcome customers, handle high-volume calls, and connect clients with the right team members in a fast-paced environment.

This full-time role offers a pay range of $15.00–$18.00 per hour plus comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth within CMA. A High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred and reliability is essential.

Qualifications

• Customer service/front desk experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong multitasking and organizational abilities.
• Professional phone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm during busy periods.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office, email, and data entry.
• Ability to learn dealership software and phone systems.
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
• Positive attitude and team-first mindset.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
