Job summary

Kelly Nissan of Lynnfield, part of the Kelly Automotive Group, is seeking a Receptionist to join its growing team. The right candidate will greet customers, answer phones, and help coordinate schedules with a professional, friendly demeanor.

The role offers a rotating part-time schedule, weekend and holiday coverage as needed, and opportunities for paid training and career advancement within a family-owned dealership group.

Responsibilities

• Answer dealership group phones and route calls appropriately.
• Greet prospects and customers entering the dealership.
• Direct customers to the correct department and notify staff of waiting customers.
• Introduce customers to the salesperson and coordinate with sales, service and parts teams.
• Maintain professional, friendly and efficient communication with callers and visitors.
• Type memos, correspondence and reports as needed.

Job Summary: We are looking for aReceptionist to join our growing team at Kelly Nissan of Lynnfield! The right candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to handle schedule flexibility. The day-to-day duties in this role include answering dealership group phones, greeting customers, and assisting in scheduling sale appointments.

This is a part time position with a rotating schedule. Must be open to working different shifts including weekends and Holidays on occasion.

Responsibilities

• Answer dealership group phones
• Greet and receive prospects and customers
• Direct customers to the correct department, notify the appropriate person that a customer is waiting, and introduce the customer to the salesperson
• Work cooperatively with the sales, service and partsteam
• Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner
• Type memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents
