Job Title: Automotive Quick Service Advisor / Writer

Location: Parker, CO 80134

Overview: As an Automotive Service Advisor/Writer, you are the trusted professional our guests rely on for vehicle assistance. Your role involves building lasting relationships as the face they see during their vehicle care.

Service Advisors guide guests through repairs, keep them informed, and ensure satisfaction before departure.

Responsibilities include:

• Greet guests with hospitality and respect
• Present repair solutions clearly
• Sell services honestly and effectively
• Maintain a positive attitude and team spirit
• Communicate professionally on the phone
• Build long-term relationships with customers and team
• Ensure repairs meet specifications
• Assist team members as needed
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license
• Acceptable driving record
• Proficiency in Windows and automotive software
• Experience in automotive customer service or sales

Physical Requirements

• Dependability for Monday–Friday, 7am–6pm schedule
• Standing, walking, and coordinating parts
• Occasional lifting over 50 lbs.
• Work at a brisk pace in a high-volume environment
