Responsibilities

• Greet every guest that enters our facility with hospitality and respect
• Present the best solution to properly repair our guest's vehicle in an understandable manner
• Effectively sell our services without compromising honesty and integrity
• Maintain a positive attitude and team environment
• Communicate clearly and professionally over the phone
• Build long-term relationships with customers and the store
• Coordinate and participate in customer service activities
• Ensure repairs meet proper specifications
• Collaborate with team members and assist as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Driving record acceptable to our insurance carrier
• Proficiency in Windows-based software and automotive store applications
• Experience in automotive customer service or service advising/sales

Physical Requirements

• Dependability for scheduled hours (Monday – Friday, 7am – 6pm)
• Standing, walking, and coordinating parts during the workday
• Occasional lifting over 50 lbs.
• Maintaining a brisk pace in a high-volume environment
