Career Path

1. Trainee Lube Technician
   • Mission: Develop technical skills to achieve Flat Rate Lube Technician status.
   • Timeline: 90 days, with the possibility of graduating earlier.
   • Compensation: $15/hour, totaling approximately $515/week for 40 hours, and $825/week for 50 hours.
2. Flat Rate Lube Technician
   • Mission: Ensure 100% Fixed Right First Time (FRFT) and develop maintenance skills.
   • Timeline: Indefinite
   • Compensation: Starting at $16/flat rate hour, with weekly earnings increasing with hours worked.
   • Requirements: >1 State Certification, complete manufacturer entry training, produce quality work, and work efficiently.
3. Apprentice Technician
