Responsibilities:

• Perform oil changes and fluid checks to maintain vehicle performance.
• Inspect and replace air filters, wiper blades, and other minor components.
• Conduct tire rotations and pressure checks for optimal safety.
• Assist in diagnosing vehicle issues and recommend appropriate services.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area.
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients.
• Follow safety protocols and company policies consistently.
• Stay updated on industry trends and new automotive technologies.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; automotive training preferred.
• 2 years of recent experience in automotive service or quick lube environment.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• ASE certification is a plus but not required.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and practices.
