Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ year of supervisory experience preferred.
• 1+ year in a quality-related position preferred.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Proficiency in English required.
• MS Office skills (Outlook, Excel) preferred.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain relationships with customers and site personnel.
• Daily communications with various stakeholders at the site level.
• Set up and supervise missions.
• Staffing of missions.
• Training and validate inspectors.
• Coordinate changes in missions.
• Isolate, tag and verify nonconforming material.
• Conduct ongoing audits of effectiveness of work being performed.
• Perform visual, mechanical, and functional verifications to quality standards.
• Make independent judgments for subjective scenarios.
• Work as an inspector when required.
• Demonstrate commitment to reduce workplace accidents.
• Must comply with Health & Safety policies.
