Job summary

TRIGO Global Quality Solutions is seeking a Site Leader in Vance, AL for 1st shift to lead quality inspections and missions, uphold safety and customer guidelines.

You will supervise staff, coordinate missions, train inspectors, and maintain 5S and reports in client portals.

Strong English, basic MS Office, and the ability to lift 50 lbs are required; 1+ year supervisory experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 1+ year supervisory or quality-related experience preferred.
• Ability to read, understand and follow procedures and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Establish client relationships and maintain site communications with stakeholders.
• Set up and supervise missions; staff, train inspectors and coordinate changes.
• Audit and verify quality compliance; ensure proper use of gauges and measurement devices.
