Qualifications

• BS degree in a technical discipline is required.
• 5+ years of experience in a Quality Manager role.
• Experience with Automotive Quality systems is ideal.
• IATF 16949 compliance experience is required.
• Strong communication and leadership skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Ensure IATF 16949 compliance and lead quality audits.
• Design and implement Quality systems and product audit programs.
• Lead a 10-member Quality team and drive continuous improvement.
• Interface with customers and Plant Manager on quality issues and metrics.
