Job summary

True North Consultants, Inc. is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager for an East Tennessee high‑volume manufacturing plant in Knoxville.

The ideal candidate will hold a BS degree in a technical discipline and 5+ years in a Quality Manager role, with Automotive Quality experience and IATF 16949 compliance. You will lead a 10-member quality team, ensure robust quality systems and product audits, and communicate effectively with customers and Plant Management.
