You will identify and troubleshoot assembly and quality issues, communicate with OEM teams at all levels, oversee defect sorting when needed, and support new model launches while driving continuous quality improvements on the line.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and the confidence to speak up with operators and managers alike.
• Mechanical aptitude and the ability to troubleshoot how parts and systems interact.
• Ability to stand for a full shift and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable transportation and a professional, dependable work ethic.
• Basic computer skills and a motivated, solutions-focused attitude.

Responsabilités

• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve assembly and quality issues related to customer components.
• Communicate clearly and quickly with OEM teams at every level - from operators to plant management.
• Oversee defect sorting operations when needed and work with material handling to keep product flowing.
• Build strong working relationships that help prevent problems before they escape.
• Support new model launches and ongoing quality improvements on the plant floor.
