LAEPPLE Automotive US Inc. is seeking a results‑oriented Quality Manager to lead the quality strategy in a Tier 1 automotive environment. You will drive QMS execution, audits, and continuous improvement across processes and suppliers.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years in automotive quality with leadership experience, and relevant certifications. Strong problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills are essential to manage global customer expectations and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, Operations Management, or related technical field.
• 7+ years of quality experience in automotive manufacturing.
• 3+ years of leadership or management experience.
• Quality management certification (CMQ/OE, CQE, CSQP) preferred.
• Lead Auditor Certification (ISO9001, IATF, VDA) preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead, mentor and develop team of Quality Engineers and Technicians.
• Maintain and improve LAEPPLE’s QMS per ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and VDA.
• Lead internal, customer, supplier, and certification audits.
• Drive corrective and preventive actions and sustainance.
• Manage document control, procedures, and quality records.
• Coordinate containment and root-cause investigations (8D, 5-Why).
• Monitor quality performance, supplier quality, and customer scorecards.
