Job summary

Ajulia Executive Search is seeking an Automotive Production Supervisor in Greenville, SC to oversee high‑volume automotive manufacturing daily operations, meet production schedules, and ensure quality and safety standards.

You will lead a team, implement Lean/5S, monitor KPIs, and coordinate with maintenance, quality, and logistics to resolve issues and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications
