Taldeco seeks an Automotive Quality Systems & Launch Engineer to own the manufacturing floor quality and lead new program launches. You’ll apply APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, and SPC to ensure robust quality controls and on-time delivery.

You will drive 8D problem solving, update control plans, and coordinate with production, engineering, and suppliers to prevent recurrence with data-driven improvements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of quality engineering experience in manufacturing.
• Automotive experience strongly preferred.
• APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plans, MSA, SPC, 8D proficiency.

Responsabilités

• Own day-to-day quality support on the manufacturing floor.
• Lead 8D problem solving and corrective actions.
• Lead APQP activities, PPAP submissions, PFMEA updates, and Control Plan maintenance.
• Coordinate with production, engineering, maintenance, tooling, and management to resolve concerns.
• Monitor process capability and drive data-driven improvements.
• Develop and sustain inspection standards and quality documentation.
• Support new product launches and process changes from concept to production.
