HTI in Greer, SC seeks an experienced Automotive Quality Lab Technician to join its parts manufacturing team. This direct-hire, full-time role focuses on testing, inspections, validation, and failure analysis of automotive components to meet quality standards.

You will operate testing equipment, document results, support root-cause analysis, and collaborate with Engineering, Quality and Warehouse teams. Travel not required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of automotive lab/quality technician experience.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and product specifications.
• Experience performing inspections with calipers, micrometers, gauges.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and documentation skills.

Responsabilités

• Conduct inspections on new, existing, prototype, and warranty-returned parts.
• Perform laboratory testing and product validation on automotive parts and assemblies.
• Operate, maintain, and calibrate laboratory equipment to ensure accurate test results.
• Document inspection results and test data in ERP and MS Office.
• Support root cause analysis and quality investigations.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality and Warehouse teams to ensure quality standards.
