Job summary

Moriroku-Technology-North-America- is seeking a Quality Inspector to perform in-process and final inspections of automotive components. You will use calipers, micrometers, and gauges to ensure dimensional accuracy and compliance with customer specs.

The role requires 2+ years in automotive QA, blueprint reading ability, and strong problem-solving skills. You will document data, support continuous improvement, and work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment on various shifts.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in quality inspection in automotive manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of quality standards, control plans, and inspection techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
• Experience with ISO-14001 and IATF 16949 is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and QA software.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-process and final inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Perform dimensional checks and functional tests using precision tools.
• Monitor processes and recommend corrective actions to prevent defects.
• Assist with root cause analysis and corrective actions for non-conformances.
• Document inspection records and test data according to procedures.
• Support audits and continuous improvement initiatives.
