Job summary

FR Conversions is seeking a Quality Control Inspector to perform full quality inspections of vehicles post conversion, including dimensional, visual, and functional checks. The role requires collaboration with engineering, purchasing, and production to identify nonconformances and drive continuous improvement.

The position is full-time, hourly, and safety-sensitive, with a Monday–Friday schedule. Applicants should be able to operate precision measuring tools and read engineering drawings.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED; technical education preferred.
• Minimum three years of manufacturing or quality inspection experience.
• Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Inspect components and vehicles for quality and dimensional accuracy.
• Record inspection results and maintain logs in ERP/work order systems.
• Coordinate inspection priorities to support production schedules.
• Support corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain a clean, safe inspection area and follow PPE requirements.
