U.S. Tsubaki Automotive, LLC is seeking a Quality Technician to perform day-to-day testing and inspecting of incoming materials under the direction of the Quality Supervisor.

You will document data in databases, support PPAP activities, and conduct measurements against inspection plans, with attention to quality, safety, and housekeeping requirements. Five years related experience and a high school diploma preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience may be considered.
• Five years related experience.
• Familiar with reading blueprints and understanding GD&T.
• Basic Computer Skills.

Responsabilités

• Perform product identification and traceability activities as required.
• Document information in databases and logs; record NCRs.
• Conduct mechanical, physical and visual inspections per plans and specs.
• Investigate and report production line failures.
• Follow clean-up, housekeeping, safety, and work rules.
• Assist with PPAP process and perform tests on materials/products.
