Job summary

Venteksolutions in Tullahoma, TN seeks a Quality Technician I for a Monday–Friday shift 5:00am–1:30pm. The role focuses on PPAP documentation, internal audits, calibration, and training support in an automotive setting.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain PPAP and requalification documentation (MSA, Capability, Dimensional Reports).
• Conduct internal audits (PDCA, LPA, Product/ Daily/Dock Audits).
• Maintain Minitab files and reports.
• Maintain Document Control System.
• Conduct quality onboarding training.
• Maintain Training Matrix.
• Maintain Calibration System.
• Sort product and perform Receiving Inspections.
• GP-12 Sorting.
• Provide guidance and support to team of Quality Inspectors.
• Assist with other tasks as assigned by Quality Manager.

Job description

The Tullahoma Plant has an immediate openingfor one Quality TechnicianI role. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, 5:00am to 1:30pm.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the details below. Delegation of responsibilities is determined by the Quality Manager.

• PPAP and requalification documentation (MSA, Capability, Dimensional Reports, etc.)
• Internal Auditing (PDCA, LPA, Product Audits, Daily Audits, Dock Audits)
• Maintenance of Minitab files and reports
• Maintenance of Document Control System
• Conducting Quality Onboarding Training
• Maintenance of Training Matrix
• Maintenance of Calibration System

• Conducting GP-12 Sorting
• Provide guidance and support to team of Quality Inspectors
• Other tasks as assigned by Quality Manager

Experience in IATF and Quality Inspections in an automotive manufacturing environment is preferred. Must be able to read millimeters and inches, possess good math skills, and be self-motivated with excellent communication and organizational skills. Strong MS Office and Minitab skills are helpful.

Candidates should have a focus on good safety habits and attendance.

Must be able to work overtime and weekends as required.

Must be able to work in a team environment or independently.
