Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong background in automotive quality engineering.
• Experience with APQP, PPAP, FMEA, Control Plans, MSA, and SPC.
• Experience using problem-solving methodologies (e.g., 8D) to address nonconformities.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, and GD&T.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 quality management systems and audits.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams.
• Experience in high-volume automotive manufacturing environments.
• On-site in Greater Indianapolis; OEM or Tier 1/2 supplier experience beneficial.

Responsibilities
