Job summary

AllStaff is seeking Quality Engineers for their manufacturing facility in Aurora Springs, Missouri. This direct hire opportunity offers a competitive salary of up to $80k along with full benefits. Candidates should possess an engineering degree and have at least 2 years of manufacturing experience.

The role involves addressing customer technical issues and improving quality management practices. It requires strong technical skills in automotive quality systems and APQP methodologies.

Qualifications

• Must have a minimum of 2 years automotive quality experience at a 1st or 2nd Tier level.
• Strong working knowledge of APQP, including inspection and testing.
• Ability to travel for periods up to two weeks to support product launches.

Responsibilities

• Work with customers on major technical problems and coordinate corrective action.
• Perform initial problem diagnosis and root-cause analysis.
• Investigate and document customer complaints regarding quality.

Skills

Engineering Degree or related field

Minimum 2 Years Manufacturing Plant Experience

Automotive Quality Experience

Familiarity with TS 16949

Strong knowledge of APQP

Computer proficiency

Knowledge of Impact, Gage Pack, and SAP

Knowledge of DOE, GD&T, Six Sigma

Education
