Job summary

Woodbridge is seeking an Entry-Level Quality Supervisor/Analytical/Technical to coordinate quality functions on the production line, lead AQP teams from drawing board to production, and perform dimensional analyses on foam pads. This role emphasizes strong communication and problem-solving within a global foam manufacturing environment.

Bachelor's degree plus 3 years experience in automotive quality or equivalent is preferred, with travel to customer and supplier sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 3 years experience or equivalent in an automotive environment preferred.
• Strong understanding of automotive quality requirements and ability to interpret blueprints and specifications.
• Knowledge of statistical methods and applications; proficient in problem-solving tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all quality functions related to the assigned production line.
• Lead AQP teams from drawing board through start of production on new programs.
• Conduct dimensional analyses on foam pads.
• Coordinate in house sampling responsibilities including FMEA, control plans and product submissions.
• Act as service Rep to assigned customers.
• Supply Auto Pareto information on a daily basis.
• May be Management representative for QS-9000.
