Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or related Engineering discipline.
• Minimum of two years of quality experience in automotive manufacturing.
• Proficiency with PPAP, APQP, MSA, SPC, and CAPA methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, problem solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality plans, inspection procedures, and process documentation for product excellence.
• Analyze data, identify trends, and drive proactive solutions using SPC, FMEA, and control plans.
• Conduct internal, supplier, and product audits to verify compliance and resolve quality issues.
• Perform root cause analysis and lead corrective and preventive actions.
• Support validation of new products, equipment, and processes through structured testing.
