Job summary

Nidec Motor Corporation is seeking a Quality Management Systems Lead to drive the QMS across the organization, aligning with IATF 16949:2016, ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001. The role leads audits, supports certifications, and champions continuous improvement with cross-functional collaboration.

You will oversee documentation, train internal auditors, manage corrective actions, and sustain IMDS and supplier quality interfaces in a manufacturing environment in Missouri.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, or related field.
• Knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001; automotive industry experience.
• Lead internal and external audits and manage corrective actions.
• Proficiency with quality tools (PPAP, FMEA, SPC, CAPA).

Responsibilities

• Lead and improve quality management systems per ISO/IATF.
• Coordinate internal audits and support certification audits.
• Train internal auditors and develop audit plans.
• Analyze findings and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain QMS/EMS documentation and reporting.
