AESC US LLC is hiring a Quality Management Systems (QMS) Engineer to develop, implement, maintain, and continually improve the facility's QMS to meet automotive standards and customer requirements.

You will lead audits, document control, CAPA governance, and compliance initiatives while partnering with cross-functional teams to drive quality improvements across production and engineering.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field is required.
• 5+ years of manufacturing quality experience in an automotive environment preferred.
• Working knowledge of IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 and internal auditing.

Responsabilités

• Maintain and improve the site's QMS in line with IATF 16949 and ISO 9001.
• Plan and execute internal system, process, and product audits.
• Coordinate customer, certification, and external audits, including corrective-action follow-up.
• Manage document control, procedure updates, records retention, and change management.
• Oversee corrective and preventive action processes and verify effectiveness.
• Develop quality dashboards and reports on audits, nonconformances, and actions.
• Support management reviews and drive continuous improvement of QMS processes.
• Train leaders and employees on quality system requirements.
• Partner with Process Quality, Production, Engineering, and Supply Chain for consistent QC execution.
