AISIN Texas is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to lead Customer, Plant, and Supplier Quality within automotive manufacturing. You will establish quality strategy, manage the QA organization, and drive continuous improvement across departments.

The role requires strong leadership, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure compliance with customer drawings, AIAG standards, and QMS. On-site leadership in Cibolo, TX is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Quality, Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum seven (7) years of relevant manufacturing experience with significant QA/QC exposure.
• Minimum three (3) years of leadership or management experience in machining and assembly.

Responsabilités

• Lead Quality Assurance Hoshin Kanri objectives, strategies, targets, and KPIs.
• Develop and maintain QA policies, procedures, standards, and systems.
• Oversee quality activities for launches, HVPT, SOP, and initial production control.
• Manage customer, supplier, and internal quality concerns with containment and root-cause actions.
• Maintain mass-production and field quality performance with QPR/QIR and CAPA.
• Develop inspection plans, quality standards, and product disposition controls.
• Ensure engineering/process change control, including ECI and quality verification.
• Maintain strong customer quality relationships with timely resolutions.
• Promote supplier and incoming material quality controls and improvements.
• Lead measurement systems reliability (MSA, GR&R, calibration).
• Maintain IATF 16949, AIAG requirements, audits and certifications.
• Ensure conformance to drawings, specifications, AIAG standards, and PPAP processes.
• Lead cross-functional problem solving with Manufacturing, Engineering, Maintenance, Purchasing, suppliers.
• Develop QA budget and reporting for management reviews.
