Job summary

NSK in Liberty, Indiana is seeking a Quality Engineer to maintain and improve automotive QA systems, develop and revise standards, and train teams. You will support audits, supplier documentation, APQP, and change management across the site.

Travel up to 10% is required; candidate should have engineering education and strong QA/documentation skills to ensure industry compliance and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent preferred.
• Engineer level (C, B, A) depends on experience.
• Travel up to 10% is required.
• Experience with AIAG, IATF/ISO quality standards is desirable.
• Strong documentation and audit support skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve automotive QA systems per IATF/ISO.
• Support audits and supplier documentation reviews.
• Lead APQP and change management activities.
• Conduct supplier audits and corrective actions.
• Review PPAPs and ensure compliance.
• Monitor supplier base using NSK databases.
• Update quality policies and procedures as needed.
