Job summary

Henkel in Madison Heights offers an internship in Adhesive Technologies focused on automotive adhesives, sealants and coatings. You will support innovation projects, learn the portfolio, and perform data analysis to inform initiatives.

You will shadow a Project Manager, develop project management skills, and collaborate across teams while commuting to the Madison Heights office 2 days per week.

Qualifications

• Undergrad in Business Administration, Chemical/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or Data Analytics.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Able to commute to Madison Heights 2 days/week.

Responsibilities

• Support innovation projects to launch the next generation of automotive adhesives, sealants, and coatings.
• Learn Henkel’s automotive product portfolio, including E-Mobility applications.
• Perform data analysis and competitive research around current Henkel products and initiatives.
• Collaborate with the Innovation Portfolio Management team on strategic initiatives.
• Gain exposure to cross-functional teams and various areas of the business.
• Shadow a Project Manager to understand business strategies and decisions.
• Develop project management skills by helping drive activities forward.
• Turn challenges into opportunities while focusing on timing, cost, and quality.

Additional information

• This internship is NOT eligible for a housing stipend or relocation support.
• This internship has a duration of May 24th – August 13th

The salary for this role is $22-$27/hour.This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
