Qualifications

• Five years of progressive responsible leadership experience in automotive education, service operations, or workforce development.

Responsibilities

• Provide visionary leadership for Shoreline College's Professional Automotive Training Center (PATC).
• Lead faculty, develop partnerships with automotive manufacturers and employers, and advance workforce pathways.
• Oversee program planning, accreditation, enrollment growth, workforce development, and customized training.
• Collaborate with faculty, staff, employers, K–12 partners, and community organizations to stay responsive to industry needs.
