Job summary

JVIS USA, LLC is seeking a Program Manager to lead automotive plastics programs from concept through start of production. You will manage open issues, timelines, PDT, and financial aspects while coordinating with cross-functional teams and customers to ensure successful launches.

Applicants should have an engineering degree and about five years of program management experience in automotive plastics, with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree in mechanical engineering or related field.
• Five years of automotive plastics program management experience.
• Experience launching programs from concept to start of production; strong organizational skills; proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.

Responsibilities

• Provide program leadership to cross-functional PDT teams from design to launch.
• Interface with customers for all program issues and requirements.
• Manage program timing and publish open issues reports.
• Approve product specifications and control project costs.
• Support manufacturing for on-time launches and customer needs.
• Travel domestically and internationally as required.
• Maintain compliance with IATF 16949 / ISO standards.
